Our building, the former Shell Laboratory, is located opposite Central Station. A leisurely 4-minute ferry ride makes it easy for the event you're hosting or going to, and with just 14 minutes by train from Schiphol Airport, our location is perfect for an international audience from around the world.

The newest event space at A Lab. From a space filled with pipes that once pumped liquids to the laborants, to a space where creativity flows and the latest music pumps from the speakers. The space is designed for live performances and try-outs, for emerging talents and established creators who want to experiment. But panel discussions, presentations, social gatherings, roundtable discussions, community meetups, and lectures also come into their own here.

The space has been renamed RBG Studio. RBG stands for Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the iconic American justice who has been invaluable to the rights of women and the LGBTQIA+ community. This new name fits perfectly with the other spaces, which are named after women who have made a lasting impact on the world. We can’t wait to see this place come to life.

Whether it's meetups, design sprints, workshops, open (student) days, job markets, movie screenings, yoga classes or pilates, this space offers it all. And with a minibar and our own The Coffee Virus that can meet most catering needs, every event will be a success.
