INNEC is an Amsterdam quartet that breaks new ground in the musical landscape. Their name is inspired by the concept Inner Necessity by artist Wassily Kandinsky, a philosophy that is about purity and inner motivation as a basis for creation. Based on this line of thought, INNEC challenges existing musical songs and connects the traditional with the contemporary.
After three years of intensive collaboration, they present their debut album with this concert. ELEMENTS AND DERIVATIVES. A layered and intriguing element of their sound. It focuses on experimental jazz and new music, where alto saxophone, vibraphone, electronics, double bass and drums work together to create beautiful music
