Soundworks x Paradiso is the music journey where Amsterdam young people build their future with beats, bars and boldness. In eight weeks, participants between the ages of 16 and 27 will have the opportunity to discover their talent, learn new skills and take steps towards work or training.
Three times a week, they meet in Paradiso to learn everything about making music, from songwriting to performance. Inspiring guest speakers from the music and business world share their stories, give tips and motivate. It's not just about music, but above all about growth — personal and creative.
Soundworks is especially for young people who get stuck or don't know where they want to go. With music as their engine, they get the space to let themselves be heard, literally and figuratively.
The process ends with a great performance in the Tolhuistuin, where participants show their music to friends, family and a full house, and now two rappers from this project will perform with us at the A Lab Open House! Come see that!
