During this workshop, you will learn how the hormone cycles of (biological) men and women differ and what happens during the menstrual cycle. We explore what it takes to have a healthy cycle without symptoms and how the menstrual cycle can be a source of strength - even at work.

During this 2-hour workshop, you will discover:

● How the hormonal system of men and women differs
● What stress, diet, sleep, and exercise do for your hormonal balance
● What happens in the different phases of the menstrual cycle
● How to organize our work so that everyone can flourish
Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is for everyone who is interested in the body, our hormones and well-being at work. It is an invitation to jointly create more awareness of the physical undertones that have a daily impact on our lives.
About the facilitator
Leonie is a hormone and cycle coach, breath coach and has a background in organizational and social psychology. Over the past 10+ years, she has led workshops, lectures and 1-1 programs in which she shares her fascination with the wisdom of the body.
