11 jaar geleden is onze stichting opgericht om te werken aan een inclusieve en sociaal veilige samenleving voor iedereen. We zijn hier aan gaan werken door workshops te geven aan jongeren op scholen over gender, seksualiteit en consent. 6 Jaar geleden zijn we onze projecten gaan uitbreiden naar trainingen over sociale veiligheid en discriminatie voor horeca- en uitgaansplekken, bedrijven, studentenverenigingen, maatschappelijke organisaties en overheidsinstanties. Deze projecten vallen nu onder IVY foundation.
Daarnaast geven we met Sexmatters workshops in het jongerenwerk en trainen we ook jongerenwerkers, docenten en andere professionals die met jongeren werken. We hebben een jong en dynamisch team en we proberen onze eigen expertise ook altijd te vergroten. Daarom zijn we ook zo blij om vanaf nu onderdeel te zijn van A Lab, waar zo veel verschillende organisaties samen zitten en waar wij ook mee kunnen verbinden.
We zitten nu nog een paar maanden in het workhotel en vanaf 1 juli hebben we ons vaste kantoor op de tweede verdieping, 2.03. Het lijkt ons leuk om andere members de komende maanden te ontmoeten.

Ik werk als freelance grafisch ontwerper voor o.a. Collectief Kapitaal, een organisatie die zich inzet voor een liefdevolle(re) samenleving. Wil je daar meer over weten of kennis maken? Loop vooral even binnen! Ik ben heel nieuwsgierig naar alle andere mensen in (en buiten) A Lab.

A pioneer and entrepreneur dedicated to my vision of creating stories that provide hope and direction in our rapidly changing world. I do this by combining the latest technological innovations with the art of acting. My journey began in 2017 with a fascination for creating and acting in VR. By 2024, this has expanded to include creating with digital humans, various immersive media, and AI applications, evolving into the Virtual Acting Studio.
Through the Virtual Acting Studio, I help organizations integrate virtual acting technologies into their methods, workflows, and training programs. Additionally, I advise on choosing between real actors, digital humans, animations, or a combination of these options for projects, as well as developing believable avatars and addressing ethical and privacy issues related to Digital-Presence.
Currently, I am working from A-lab on a new VR piece titled 'The Dyslexic Writer,' in which the viewer embarks on a journey through the mind of a dyslexic writer and, by interacting with a poetic world of letters, discovers the struggle and magic of dyslexia. I am creating this work because dyslexia is still a challenge for many people, including myself, but I also believe that 'Dyslexic Thinking' is a strength and can be valuable for finding solutions to societal issues in our rapidly changing world.
