With so much pavement and a lack of suitable, pesticide-free greenery, butterflies are finding it increasingly difficult to survive in the city. They have fewer places to eat, rest, and reproduce. Frank Lee, from A Lab, wants to change that, and you can help out too. Together, we are building the Butterfly Highway: a network of pesticide-free greenery throughout Amsterdam that makes it easier for butterflies to move across the city—from large nature reserves and parks to gardens, balconies, rooftops, and window boxes.

Anyone can create a piece of the Butterfly Highway

Help the butterflies out, because they are struggling. This is due to the abundance of pavement and the lack of pesticide-free greenery.

Together, we are building the Butterfly Highway: a route through the city filled with pesticide-free greenery. With the Butterfly Greenery Package Amsterdammers can create their own little butterfly charging station . A package containing organic, pesticide-free plants that provide butterflies with food and a place to land. Order your charging station from Sprinklr now and become part of the Butterfly Highway. Limited time offer: 50% off. While supplies last!

The best part is: we don't just want to encourage people to plant, but also invite them to help us count. This way, we hope to gain more insight into the butterfly population in Amsterdam. Ultimately, we want to see if our collective efforts on the Butterfly Highway are actually contributing to more butterflies in the city.

To achieve this, we need as many Amsterdammers and organizations as possible! Will you join us? More info at vlindersnelweg.nl or FrankLee.nl.
