S02 is soundproofed, making it particularly well-suited as a podcast, radio, or music studio, though it can also be set up as a quiet workspace or production room.
The space has no windows or natural light, but because it is enclosed and soundproofed, it is an excellent spot for work where quiet, concentration, or sound (or silence) plays an important role.

Lab S09 – 20.4 m²
S09 is a blank canvas that you can furnish exactly as you wish. Turn it into a studio, office, workspace, or maker space and build an environment that fits your practice or business.
The space is not soundproof and has no windows, making it ideal for work where stable or controllable lighting is beneficial.
